Welcome to the Age Concern online directory demonstration area

Thank you for your interest in our latest online information directory, which has been developed in collaboration with Age Concern Croydon. This fully branded database directory is now available to buy off-the-shelf, and can be integrated into your existing website, or launched as an independent online resource.

We have created two interfaces for the Age Concern directory – one with the latest Age Concern branding applied, and an alternative design which integrates with the previous Age Concern website template styling.  You can view and explore both these examples by selecting the options shown to the left, or by using the menu options above – both contain Croydon local area data for demonstration purposes.

Our Age Concern Directories feature:

• Search local and national listings by services, organisations or index listings.
• Printer friendly pages for all directory listings.
• Meets current accessibility legislation.
• Age Concern disclaimer and eligibility statements.
• Inclusion of sponsor information, including insertion of logos if required.
• Correct visual branding according to Age Concern guidelines.
• Integration into existing website, or FREE web hosting for first 12 months for standalone version.
  

We also recognise that most Age Concern branches have limited resources, so we have developed the following features to assist staff with the in-house management of the database:

• User-friendly content management system.
• Database preloaded with listings for major National contacts.
• Auto-emailling of update reminders to contacts held in the database.
• Users can submit listings via an online form for in-house approval and direct upload to the database.
• Telephone tutorial. In-house training available at extra cost.

Directory Publisher

We also offer a Word-based tool for staff to download and print fully-branded hardcopy of the directory - in its entirety or by select subject area.  The process is fully automated to generate a customised Front Cover, Table of Contents and Subject Index.
